| 摘 要： | 以对开式制动盘为对象 ,研究了蠕墨铸铁制动盘的铸造工艺 ,并对制动盘实体进行了硬度和金相组织测试。结果表明 :采用由摩擦面引入的顶注式浇注系统的铸造工艺可生产出组织和性能均匀性良好的制动盘铸件 ,其机械性能和金相组织均满足行业标准规定的技术要求 |

| Abstract: | The influences of casting procedure on microstructural properties of brake disk made of C.G.iron were described in this paper.The experimental results indicate that,by using the determined procedure,the hardness and microstructures are satisfied the demands for specifications of railroad standards for braking disks. |
