关于高校实施质量工程的辩证思考

从高等学校贯彻"教育部、财政部关于实施高等学校本科教学质量与教学改革工程的意见"和"教育部关于进一步深化本科教学改革,全面提高教学质量的若干意见"的角度,提出了应辩证地分析和有针对性地采取措施的建议,即要整合学校组织与教师个体的力量,形成千军万马建设"质量工程"的局面。

Dialectic Thinking on Implementing Quality Project in Colleges and Universities

Based on the implementation of "Suggestions on Implementing Undergraduate Teaching Quality and Teaching Reform Project in Colleges and Universities by Ministry of Education and Ministry of Finance" and "Several Suggestions on Further Deepen Undergraduate Teaching Reform to Improve Overall Teaching Quality by Ministry of Education" in colleges and universities,this paper puts forward suggestions that it is necessary to dialectically analyze and take pertinent measures,that is,to integrate organizational and individual strengths to form a situation where all people are involved in the building of "quality project".
