| Abstract: | According to the current trend in multimedia technology, this paper illustrates how to construct a modern multimedia VOD system in colleges and universities and exemplifies the construction of the system based on the platform of a quality campus network, aiming at providing a well-planned reference blueprint for sharing multimedia teaching resources with other colleges and universities. |
