| 摘 要： | 在回顾以往商业银行效率评价方法的基础上,采用因子分析和数据包络分析相结合的方法,对我国上市商业银行2012年的效率进行了实证分析;分析结果表明我国大多数上市银行还没有实现DEA有效,国有控股商业银行的股份制改革仍需进一步加大力度.利用多元回归模型分析影响银行效率的因素,其结论表明商业银行可以从加强自身管理等方面提升银行效率.

| Abstract: | Based on the review of previous efficiency evaluation methods of commercial banks,by using the combination of factor analysis method and data envelopment analysis（ DEA）,this paper makes empirical analysis of the efficiency in 2012 of China＇s listed commercial banks,and the analysis results indicate that the majority of China＇s listed commercial banks do not realize DEA efficiency and that shareholding system reform of state-owned commercial banks needs to be further enlarged. Multivariate regression model is used to analyze the factors affecting bank efficiency and the conclusion shows that the commercial bank efficiency can be raised from the aspects of selfmanagement enhancement and so on. |
