对宁南县农民负担管理工作的思考

2004年,我县和全省其他57个县市一样,结束了2600多年的皇粮国税,农村生产力获得了极大的解放,农民们欢欣鼓舞,一系列支农惠农政策的接踵而至,更是让农民们喜上眉梢,正因为喜事连连,个别县乡镇领导忽视了农民负担的管理工作,在农民负担的管理工作中出现了一些新情况、新问题,笔者通过深入细致的调查分析,找到了解决的途径和办法。

Thoughts on Administration of Farmers' Burden in Ningnan County

In the year 2004,Ningnan county,together with 57 other counties in Sichuan province,witnessed the end of an over-2600-year agricultural tax.With this policy,rural productivity is dramatically released,farmers are overjoyed,and a series of policies that support agriculture and benefit farmers made farmers even more excited.Under this circumstance,a handful of township leaders are neglecting the administration of farmers'burden,thus new problems arise.By thorough investigation and analysis,the author has come up with some coutermeasures.
