| 摘 要： | 论述了焦炭质量的优劣对高炉冶炼的影响，在对现行高炉用焦炭的质量评价方法进行综合评述的基础上，对针高炉内焦炭破坏的主要原因，提出了一种新的焦炭质量检测装置在该装置中焦炭同时经受机械破坏，热破坏和化学破坏，与现行检测装置相比，该装置更加接近高炉生产实际，对高炉冶炼及焦炭生产更具指导意义，本文还对检测方法的制定提出了较系统的设想。

| Abstract: | Discusses the effect of coke quality on blast furnace operation. Based on a comprehensive review on current evaluation methods of coke quality a new testing device was developed for coke quality withthe intention of detecting the main reasons why coke fails in blast furnace. The device provides that coke willbe subjected to mechanical,thermal and chemical destructions at the same time,so improves the simulatingconditions of actual operation of blast furnace in comparison with other existing divices. It is helpful not onlyto blast furnace operation but coking some testing methods are suggested. |
