| Abstract: | This article expounds how to control the environmental factors from four aspects of resource environment, solid waste environment, wastewater and gas environment, plant growing environment. It further tells a comfortable residential environment can be created if controlling the environmental factors in all possible ways and the obvious service effectiveness can also be shown. |
