高速加工切削参数的选择

摘    要:文章基于数控机床动力学测试分析和仿真系统,求得加工时的切削稳定域,确定加工参数的范围。依据弯曲应力和挠度变形判定标准,进一步筛选切削参数,缩小试验参数的范围。分析发现,在高速切削时切深与进给率增加搭配应合适,否则导致切削力和主轴功率利用率较大幅度增加,而零件表面粗糙度和单位时间内的材料去除率反而下降。经过试验,得到一组适合的切削参数,采用该组参数加工出了满足设计尺寸精度和表面粗糙度的零件。

Abstract:Stability domains of milling are achieved based on dynamic test analysis and simulation sys-tem about NC machine,then range of cutting parameters is confirmed.Cutting parameters are filtra-ted,range of cutting parameters is reduced based on criterion of bending stress flexibility distortion.Analysis results show that cutting depth should be suitably matched with teh feeding rate in high speed,otherwise,milling force and spindle power use ratio are fleetly improved,then material remov-al rate and surface dents are dropped.The experiment results show that work pieces in accordance with design are manufactured by using this group of parameters.
