| 摘 要： | 观察腭扁桃体切除和腺样体刮除术治疗过度肥胖儿童呼吸异常的疗效。方法：比较３６例过度肥胖伴有睡眠呼吸异常儿童的术前术后睡眠呼吸异常症状的改善情况。结果虽然术前术后患病儿童体重无明显变化，其术后的睡眠呼吸异常的症状也有明显的改善。

| Abstract: | Aim: To study the effect of tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy on obsess children with sleep respiratory disorder(SRD). Methods: Thirty - six cases of obese SRD children with adenoid and/or tonsil hypertrophy were reported. Compare their condition of pre - and post - operation by a symptomatic score. Results: Both adenoid - tonsil hypertrophy and obese could induce children SRD. The symptomatic of obese children was more grievous than children with normal weight. Conclusion: Tonsillectomy or/ and adenoidectomy could dramatically improve the clinical symptoms, although they didn' t reduce the body weight. |
