摩托起动电机的电枢反应对其性能及磁钢的影响

摘    要:根据摩托车起动电机起动电流大、起动转矩要求高的特点,以及起动时直轴电枢反应和交轴电枢反应对永久磁铁的去磁作用,推导出最大去磁磁势的计算公式,给出了根据最大去磁磁势选择磁钢的方法,并通过实测证明电枢反应对起动电机性能的影响。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of the larger start electric curent, start torque and the demagnetizing influence of the armature reaction of motereycle starter at the moment of starting, the formula of the largest demagnetizing magnetic- power is deduced and the magnetic method of separehng alnico is gnined on the basis of the largest dernagntizing magntic - power. The experiments also prove the influence of armature reaction on the pertormance of motorcycle starter alluded as above.
