8352大采深、大倾角、俯斜及调斜综采关键技术研究

摘    要:为实现大采深、大倾角综采俯采及调斜开采的安全生产,需要解决煤壁片帮,工作面俯采过程中支架的前倾,支架的防倒、防滑、防咬,采煤机曲线齿轮防止咬输送机和煤机翻倒与钻帮,防止串矸等技术难题;本文针对开采实际困难,采取关键技术措施,提出专项调斜方案,并在孔庄矿8352工作面进行现场实践,解决了复杂条件下安全回采的关键技术难题。

Abstract:For realized safety production in the mining of large mining deep, big dip- angle, down- inclined and slope adjust- ment, it' s needed to solve the problems of coal wall split, supports pith, collapse, slide and bite in the course of working face down - inclined mining, coal mining machine curve gear wheel bite belt conveyer, overturn and bore side, cluster of waste rock. In this paper, aim at the real mining problems, the key technology measure and specialized slope adjustment scheme were adopt- ed and carried out in Kongzhuang Mine. The conclusion indicated the special mining scheme can effectively resolve the key tech- nology problems in complex conditions.
