大型复杂钢结构施工过程计算理论与应用

摘    要:针对大跨屋盖的结构形式和滑移施工方法的特点,基于非线性有限元理论提出了空间结构滑移施工的数值计算方法,开发了大型复杂钢结构施工过程跟踪计算软件,可以考虑施工过程、施工荷载、边界约束、预张力等因素的影响,实现对结构施工全过程的跟踪模拟分析.通用有限元计算结果证明了该方法的准确性,国家体育馆钢结构屋盖滑移施工过程跟踪现场监测数据结果表明了该计算方法的可靠性与合理性,可为大跨空间结构施工提供参考依据.

Abstract:Given the structural type of large span roof and the characteristic of slipping construction process of spatial structures,numerical computation method is presented based on the nonlinear finite element theory.Construction process analysis software was developed for large scale and complex steel structures.This software system can simulate the whole process of construction of spatial structure with a consideration of the construction process,construction load,boundary condition and prestress.Comparison with the general finite element method proves that the results of the method are accurate enough for engineering.And spot monitoring test for the slipping construction process of spatial structural roof of national stadium demonstrates the reliability and rationality of the presented numerical theory,which can provide reference for the construction of large span spatial structures.
