构建企业全程参与高职人才培养的机制研究

高职教育是培养直接为行业和地方经济服务的高等技术应用型专门人才的高等教育的一个类型，它的培养定位决定了它与企业有着天然的联系。要培养出符合企业需要的合格人才，没有企业的参与是无法实现的。那么，如何引导和激励企业全程参与高等职业教育的人才培养呢？笔者认为，构建企业全程参与高等职业教育的人才培养机制是首要解决的问题。本文从政府主导、法律和政策保障、有效激励、科学管理、合理评价等方面探讨和研究了构建企业全程参与高职人才培养的机制问题。
