| Abstract: | his paper describes a new fiber optical waveguide precision alignment instrument. Its precision is calculated and analyzed. This instrument is designed mainly on the basisof endallfire coupling principle. The system is of advanced separated structure for parallel changeof place and rotation. The instrument has a piezoelectric material driver and an electric circuitsystem of the loop locked control by a micro-computer. |
