本文从高校德育工作的入口和出口的视角，探讨高校德育工作中值得注视的问题和高校德育工作的发展趋势，指明高校德育与中学德育的裂缝存在的现实性及衔接的必要性，阐明高校德育工作需从入口到出口全过程的工作要点，论证高校培养纯粹技术人才的危害性，在此基础上，提出要通过多向度的运作模式大力推进高校德育工作，充分发挥德育在培养人才中的不可替代作用。

Reflections on the Entrance & Graduation of University Moral Education Work

This paper discusses the noticeable issues and the tendency of the moral education in universities, points out the moral education fissure between middle schools and universities and the necessity to link up, clarifies the main working points in university moral education in the whole process from entrance to graduation, and proves that it is hazardous for universities only to cultivate pure talents of technology.
