论排球赛场上战术意识的培养方法

现代的排球比赛是在激烈竞争和复杂的局面中以已之长克“敌”之短,而各队的特定战术发挥则主要依赖于场上队员良好的战术意识,因而战术意识是排球运动员必须具备且要不断提高的一个重要因素,它既是运动员在比赛中技、战术水平有效发挥的前提条件,也是其自身运动技术水平提高的根本保证.在分析研究排球战术意识的概念、结构、内容、核心等问题的同时,提出了排球战术意识培养的途径和方法.

Methods of Fostering the Tactical Awareness on Volleyball Courts

Modern volleyball match needs to challenge the rival's weakness with our own strong points,while the performance of specific of certain teams lies mainly in the players' tactical awareness,thus each player is required to own and develop tactic awareness.The tactic awareness,as an important factor in matches,is not only a prerequisite for the players' satisfactory performance of their strategic and tactic ability,but also the reliable guarantee for the development of their technical levels.This paper researches on its definition,structures,contents and cores,and puts forward the methods to foster volleyball players' tactic awareness as well.
