压力机成型模失效分析

Analysis on Forming-die Lose-Efficacy

Being the differences of process method, work condition, forging dies used in general press have different lose-efficacy forms and life span. By analyzing the lose-efficiency forms of the press-bearing-blank form die,we put forward a series of prevention means including reasonably pick-up mounting-piece-die and die material etc, which means are under the condition of old process and operation means, to improve the strain status of the form-die, to improve the life span of die.
