| Abstract: | This paper briefly introduces the concept of the harmonious enterprise, analyzes the important significance of constructing the harmonious enterprise, probes into the prominent functions of the ideological-political work in the course of the construction of the harmonious enterprise, and points out that the construction of the harmonious enterprise must rely on creatively carrying out the ideological-political work in enterprise. |
