电弧阴极区性质的研究

摘    要:采用一维非平衡等离子体模型讨论了阴极区的等离子体性质 ,阴极区被分为电离区和空间电荷区 .数值计算结果表明 :在电离区 ,电子的能量由焦耳热提供 ,而离子的能量主要通过离子电子碰撞获得 ,空间电荷区的电位降约为 5 .4V .

Abstract:The properties of the cathode fall region are discussed by applying one dimensional model of non equilibrium plasma region adjacent to an electric arc cathode. The cathode fall region is divided into two sub zones: the ionization zone ( IZ ) and the space charge zone ( SCZ ). The calculation results indicate that in the IZ, electrons are heated by Joule heat, and the ion energy is mainly supplied by the ion electron collision. The potential drop of the SCZ is about 5.4 V.
