| 摘 要： | 用有限元法分别计算了三种截面尺寸的钢锭模的热应力，结果表明，两种实验钢锭模应力分布不均匀，所以模耗较高；而模锭比为１．１的钢锭模应力分布均匀，模耗较低。

| Abstract: | n the paper,the thermal Strength of three steel ingot models with different dimensions was calculated by means of finite element,respectively.The calculated results showed that the distribution of two kinds of experimental steel mould were not homegeneous,so mould consumption was higher,But the strength of the steel mould of ingot ration of 1.1 was homegeneous,so the mould consumption was lower. |
