基于模糊PID控制的选煤厂洗选质量控制

摘    要:在重介选煤过程中,重介质的密度是直接影响精煤产品灰分的工艺参数,传统的PID控制不能满足现在对产品质量控制的精度要求。选用基于模糊理论的PID控制系统后,有力地保证了精煤质量的稳定和回收率的提高。介绍了灰分模糊PID控制系统,进行了仿真实验,并对实验结果进行了简单分析。

Abstract:In the heavy-medium coal dressing process, the heavy medium density is an important parameter of washing processing,the traditional PID control strategy cannot satisfy the precision requirement of the product quality. After using the fuzzy-PID control system,the stability of the refined coal quality is guaranteed and the recovery ratio is increased. This paper introduces the fuzzy PID control system of ash content, and carries out the simulation experiments, and makes simple analysis on the results of the experiments.
