摘    要:为了在试制试验产品前分析坐便器产品数字模型的冲水性能,应用计算流体动力学(CFD)技术,实现了冲落式坐便器冲水过程的仿真分析.考虑到求解的复杂性,忽略了固体污物的存在,将物理模型简化为气液两相流动问题.利用多相流模型VOF,分析了两相流场分布、动压场和特征点速度-时间历程,并进行了实验对比,实验和仿真结果基本吻合.本项研究为进一步研究冲水过程三相流动奠定了基础.

Abstract:In order to analyze the flush performance of digital toilet product before manufacturing, numerical simulation analysis of the flush process in flush-down toilet was realized by using Computational Dynamic Fluid (CFD) technology. Owing to the difficulty in solution, the physical model was simplified as a gas-liquid two-phase flow by ignoring the existence of the solid ordure. Based on the Volume of Fluid (VOF) model, the distribution of flow, dynamic pressure fields and the velocities at some typical points were analyzed. Experiments using to verify the simulation were carried out. The results of experiments and simulation are basically coincident and the research has set up a foundation for further three-phase flow study.
