《关于龙岩调查》与农村管理的十项措施

1961年春邓子恢向党中央和毛泽东主席提交了《关于龙岩调查》的报告。《关于龙岩调查》提出了停办农村食堂;改变农村粮食管理方式;取消供给制;耕牛和农具归小队所有;增加自留地;实行粮食生产承包;恢复供销合作社;发展农村手工业;下放山林归属经营权;缩小社队规模等农村管理措施。《关于龙岩调查》提出的农村管理十项措施具有显著特点。

On Longyan Investigation and 10 Measures of Rural Management

In the spring of 1961,Deng Zihui submitted a report entitled On Longyan Investigation to the Central Committee of the CPC and Chairman Mao Zedong.The report put forward such suggestions concerning rural management measures as stopping the rural canteens,changing the food management in the rural area,canceling the provision system,dividing farming oxen and tools to the teams,increasing farmers' land for personal needs,contracting farming production,restoring the cooperative society of provision and distribution,developing rural handicrafts,transferring the right of forest management to farmers and decreasing the scales of communes and teams.The 10 measures of rural management suggested in the report were obviously characteristic.
