煤炭地下气化多阶段数学模型

摘    要:在煤炭地下气化过程中,干燥、热解及气-煤反应是非常重要的产气过程,它决定着地下煤气的组成和气化工作面的效率。鉴于此,分析了煤的干燥和热解特征,研究了煤的干燥模型、热解动国学模型、气-煤焦反应动力学及多孔煤块中气体的扩散和流动规律,在此基础上,建立了煤炭地下气化干燥、热解及气-煤焦反应的多阶段数学模型,并对计算结果进行了分析与讨论,模拟结果表明,数值计算值与实测值较为吻合,证明了煤炭地下气化过程多阶段数学模型的建立、参数的选定及对定解条件分析与处理的正确性和合理性。

Abstract:In the process of underground coal gasification (UCG), drying, pyrolysis and gas coal coke reaction are very important courses of producing gas, which determine the composition of underground coal gas and the working efficiency of gasification working face. The characteristics of coal drying and pyrolysis were analysed. The coal desiccation model, pyrolysis dynamics model ,gas coal coke reaction dynamics, and the law of gas diffusion and flow in the porous coal chunk were studied. On the basis of it, the multi stage mathematical model of the drying, pyrolysis and gas coal coke reaction in the UCG was established, and the calculation results were analysed and discussed. The simulated results indicate that the numerical calculation value is well identical with the real measurement one. It proves the correctness and rationality of establishing mathematical model, selecting parameters and analysing and handling finite solution conditions.
