| Abstract: | This paper analyzes and describes the legal responsibility of the supervising engineers practice characteristics as well as the status of the Commissioner,pointed out the legal status of the supervising engineer is determined by their legal responsibilities.And how to clear the legal status of preventive supervision of risk made a number of specific measures and constructive comments. |
