非公有制企业厂务公开制度建设研究——以湖州市非公有制企业基层民主建设为例

非公有制企业厂务公开民主管理工作对构建企业和谐劳动关系,加强和创新社会管理,建设社会主义和谐社会具有重要的作用和意义。湖州市自2004年开始在非公有制企业推行厂务公开制度,至2011年将非公有制企业作为全市厂务公开工作的重点领域。在此过程中,湖州市积极探索非公有制企业实施厂务公开民主管理工作的路径,采取了诸多有效做法并取得了初步成效。但在实际操作和具体实施上仍存在不足之处,对此提出了推进厂务公开民主管理工作的六点建议。

The System Construction of Factory Affairs＇ Opening in Private Enterprises in Huzhou

The work of factory affairs＇ opening and democratic management in private enterprises is important to create a harmonious enterprise,strengthen and innovate social management,and construct a socialist harmonious society.Huzhou began to practice the system of factory affairs＇ opening in private enterprises in 2004 and private enterprises have been regarded as the key domain of all city＇s work of factory affairs＇ opening this year.In the course of advancing this work,Huzhou actively researches into the approaches to implement the work of factory affairs＇ opening and democratic management,adopts much effective practice and has acquired a primary effect.There are,however,defective aspects in the actual operation and idiographic implement,which drives us to bring forward six advices to improve the work.
