| Abstract: | A new method of pseudocolor encoding of sound spectrogram-Holospectrogram is proposed and investigated, and the display system consituted by a microcomputer and a color image processor is achieved. On a picture of sound holospectrogram, the abscissa refers to time; the vertical axis,frequency; the color, phase; and the brightness, magnitude or intensity. The generated holospectrogram makes it possibl that dynamic spectra of magnitude and phase can be displayed simultaneously on a two-dimensional screen plane, which increase the signal feature drastically. |
