| 摘 要： | 从终身教育的角度认识学术期刊编辑的自身发展问题,有利于编辑知识结构的不断调整和及时更新.学术期刊编辑的终身教育内容包括行为道德修养、职业技能、政治思想等方面,其实现途径多样.学术期刊编辑应从思想上认识到终身教育的的必要性,自我创造条件接受教育,以实现知识结构的优化与业务能力的提高.

| Abstract: | This article discusses the develoment of academic journal editors from the perspective of lifelong education,the author thinks that lifelong education of academic journal editors can make for knowledge structure adjusting and updating,including moral cultivation,vocation skill,political thought.Academic journal editors should recognize the necessity of lifelong education,create conditions for self-education to achieve the gradingup of knowledge structure and operational capabilities. |
