电场处理小麦种子对幼苗生长抗盐性的影响

摘    要:用不同电场强度的交流和直流电场处理小麦种子,在实验室测定了电场处理种子对苗期盐胁迫后生长的影响。实验结果表明,在0.5-6.5Kv/cm范围内,直流和交流电场对小麦种子苗期抗盐性能的影响程度不同。与对照相比,直流电场处理对小麦幼苗出苗率的影响提高幅度在-75.61%~7.31%,对小麦幼苗含水量的影响提高幅度在-13.89%~26.03%,对小麦幼苗根冠比的影响提高幅度在-11.20%~16.95%;交流电场处理对小麦幼苗出苗率的影响提高幅度在-40.00%~15.00%,小麦幼苗含水量的影响提高幅度在-20.83%~42.51%,小麦幼苗根冠比的影响提高幅度在-17.43%~55.19%。结果表明,用适当的电场处理小麦种子,可提高小麦幼苗生长的抗盐性。

Abstract:The electric field of AC and DC was used to treat wheat seeds with different strength. The effect of the electric field on the salt resistance of growth to the wheat seeds under salt stress in seedling stage was tested in laboratory. The experimental results showed that AC and DC field in the range from 0.5kV/cm to 6.5kV/cm has different influence on the salt resistance of wheat seeds in seedling stage. As compared with contrast group, the effect of DC field treatment of wheat seeds on rate of emergence was increased by -75.61%~7.31%, on the rate of root cap by -11.20%~16.95%, and on the water content by -13.89%~26.03%.The effect of AC field treatment of wheat seeds on rate of emergence was increased by -40.00%~15.00%, on the rate of root cap by -17.43%~55.19%, and on the water content by -20.83%~42.51%. The results also showed that treating wheat seeds with proper electric field can distinctly strengthen the salt resistance of seedling growth.
