| 摘 要： | 目的探讨益肾健脾活血涩精法对糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法脾肾气虚血瘀的糖尿病肾病病人76例，随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组服用纯中药，对照组服用糖适平。观察比较两组患者症状、血肌酐、尿素氮和尿蛋白。结果益肾健脾活血涩精汤治疗1月后，两组均有不同程度的疗效，治疗组临床症状和血肌酐以及尿蛋白等项指标均优于对照组。结论益肾健脾活血涩精法治疗糖尿病肾病近期疗效满意，值得进一步研究。
