| 摘 要： | 计费管理作为园区网络管理系统的5大功能之一，它能够监测和控制网络操作的费用、代价，记录网络资源的使用情况，分析了几种计费方式，论述了SNMP协议在网络计费系统中的实现，在此基础上设计了一个具体的计费系统模型，该计费系统具有数据采集、数据处理、计费信息查询、计费规则设置和报表生成等功能。

| Abstract: | As one function of the CNMS(Compus Network Management System), the accounting system can control the billing of the network management. The article analyzes three accounting modes, discusses the principle of network accounting system, gives the source code of the network accounting system. The system includes data collection, data disposal, accounting information search,rules setting and report generation. |
