开孔接管补强圈补强效果和适用性研究

摘    要:分别采用等面积法和基于有限元应力分析设计方法对内径1 000mm的圆筒开100~500mm圆孔在1~6MPa的情况下进行了分析。应力分析设计中,分别采用了传统的Path1和标准推荐的Path2进行了应力评定。分析结果表明,Path1的分析结果较Path2偏于保守。根据Path2的分析结果,补强圈补强适用于6MPa以下的压力,且在内压较小时,具有较大的安全裕度。

Abstract:Area Replacement Rule and the method namely "design by stress analysis" in which Finite Element Method is used are adopted in the analysis of a cylinder vessel with 100-500mm openings and 1-6MPa internal pressures.In the process of stress analysis design,two paths noted as Path1and Path2are used in the stresses assessments.The results indicate that analysis by Path1is relatively conservative by comparing to Path2which is listed in the national standard.According to the results from Path2,reinforcement pad method is suitable for conditions in which internal pressure is below 6 MPa,and at a relative low pressure the safety margin is of a great amount for reinforcement pad method.
