酵母胞内核黄素含量测定方法的研究

摘    要:对测定核黄素常用的3种方法,即高效液相色谱法、荧光光度法和分光光度法进行比较.结果表明,对于标准溶液3种方法均具有良好的线性关系和重现性,但在酵母提取液中,高效液相色谱法和分光光度法的回收率较差,测定准确率低.荧光光度法测定准确性高,稳定性强,为测定酵母胞内核黄素的最佳方法.

Abstract:Intracellular riboflavin in both standard solution and yeast extract was determined by using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC), fluorometry and spectrophotometry, respectively. The results showed that the three methods have good linearity and repetition for standard samples. But for years extract, the recovery, veracity and recurity of fluorometry were better than that of other two methods. Thus, the fluorometry was regarded as a suitable method for determining intracellular riboflavin of yeast.
