| 摘 要： | 当前科技型中小企业的服务水平不断提高,贸易资源也在不断增加,然而资金的匮乏已成为制约科技型中小企业发展的瓶颈。在介绍科技型中小企业融资状况、融资方式的基础上,分析了造成其融资困难的内外因素,进而提出了一些解决的办法和途径。

| Abstract: | At present,the service level of the small and medium-sized sci-tech enterprises is increasing continuously,and their trade resources are increasing continuously,too.But the shortage of the funds has become the bottleneck restricting the development of he small and medium-sized sci-tech enterprises.Based on introducing the financing situation and financing mode of the small and medium-sized sci-tech enterprises,this paper analyzes on the internal and external factors causing the financing difficulties of the small and medium-sized sci-tech enterprises,and puts forward some methods and paths for solving these difficulties. |
