| 摘 要： | 采用水蒸汽蒸馏法从广西3个不同产地的鸡屎藤中提取挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其定性定量分析,鉴定出60多种化学成分,3个产地鸡屎藤挥发油均含有的化学成分有20余种,其余的化学成分各有差异,相同化学成分的含量也有较大差异。这将对其药品质量标准的制定、规范生药品质,以及进一步开发利用提供实验依据,具有一定的学术意义。
