“W”形螺旋槽管管壳式换热器强化传热研究

摘    要:简要介绍了1种新型的强化传热管———"W"形螺旋槽管管壳式换热器的强化传热机理、特点、实验研究情况。通过实验研究,比较了"W"形螺旋槽管管壳式换热器和光滑管式换热器的传热和压降性能,实验结果表明,"W"形螺旋槽管管壳式换热器可比普通光滑管式换热器提高总传热系数17%,并得到了该"W"形螺旋槽管管壳式换热器传热与流阻的关联式。

Abstract:The experimental study is discussed in this paper for the heat transfer and pressure drop of a new type enhanced tube-the "W" type spirally corrugated tubes,and its mechanism and feature of augmentation heat transfer is described.The results of the study show that the total heat transfer coefficient of the "W" type spirally corrugated tube is 17% higher than that of the smooth tube.Correlations for the pressure drop and heat transfer coefficient of heat exchangers were obtained.
