循环流化床中颗粒团浓度沿轴向的分布

摘    要:循环流化床中存在分散固体颗粒的连续上升气相和相对紧密的颗粒团两部分.颗粒团聚物对气固两相流动、传热和反应等行为有重要影响.通过拟Boltzmann动力学理论研究循环流化床中聚团流动的颗粒数份额沿轴向床高的分布,分析和讨论了气体表观流速、固体循环率等对聚团流动的颗粒数份额沿轴向分布的影响.所得结果可为深入研究循环流化床内气固传热传质和反应模型提供理论基础.

Abstract:The gas particle flow in a circulating fluidized bed (CFB) is composed of a binary mixture of a dilute phase of dispersed particles and a dense phase of clustered particles. The motion of clustered particles has very important influence on the gas solid flow, heat transfer and reaction. In this paper, the Boltzmann like kinetic theory was used to describe the hydrodynamic behavior of particles in CFBs. The effects of superficial gas velocity and solid mass fluxes on the clustered particles distribution along the axis were discussed. These work provide a solid base for establishing a general heat transfer and reaction model applicable to drying or combustion of particles in CFB reactor.
