| 摘 要： | 自20世纪70年代中期以来，我国公安工作取得了辉煌成果，社会治安控制也呈现出多元化的特点。当前治安形势依然严峻，社会治安防控难度加大。研究社会治疗特点、防控状况以及寻求有效的防控手段和措施，提升社会治疗防控的能力和水准具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The rich fruits have been obtained on the public security work in China with the various features of the public security since the middle age of the 1970＇ s. At present The situation of the precaution and control on public security is still very severe and becomes more difficult. So it has practical significance to study the character, the status and measures of precaution and control, and it also can promote the faculty and standard of the public security precaution and control. |
