Talking about How to Improve the Civilization Qualities of the Public Library Readers

After the public library's opening to the outside world,the number of readers is booming, and readers' quality is uneven, uncivilized phenomenon is very common, so, it is a urgent task to strengthen the library's management and improve readers' civilization quality. This paper lists the uncivilized behaviors of the readers in public library,analyzes the influence of these uncivilized behaviors on library's reader work, and probes into the countermeasures that should be taken by the public library to improve the readers' civilization qualities.
