Research on the Construction of Library 's Homepage with Windows 8 Style

Library's homepage is an important platform for library's reader service, and with the progress and development of science and technology, library's homepage needs to actively change itself to increase the value of the library in the heart of users and improve the loyalty of users. Combining with the relevant research literature and search engines, and through clicking and visiting the homepages of more than 200 university libraries and public libraries, this paper reveals the current status of library's homepages that rarely use Windows 8 style, and probes into the procedures and methods for the construction of library's homepage with windows 8 style.
