浅谈青岛市图书馆青少年阅读推广和特色服务创新

结合近年来青岛市图书馆少儿部青少年读者服务工作实际,介绍了青岛市图书馆在青少年读者服务工作方面的一些探索和创新,着重介绍了该馆的青少年活动品牌"小贝壳快乐营",同时针对如何提高青少年服务质量提出了一些新的思路和建议,即除了要尽量满足青少年读者在阅读和特色服务方面的要求外,图书馆还要加强图书馆员自身素质的提高,承担起校园内外青少年教育者的责任.

Talking about Teenagers' Reading Promotion and Characteristic Service Innovation of Qingdao Library

Connecting with recent years' working practice of reader service of children's department of Qingdao Library, this paper introduces the exploration and innovation of Qingdao Library in aspect of the service for teenager readers focusing on its brand of teenagers' activity named"small seashells happy camp", and in the light of how to improve the quality of teenagers service, puts forward some new ideas and suggestions, that is in addition to try to meet the requirements of teenager readers in reading and characteristic service, the library should strengthen the improvement of librarians' quality and undertake the responsibility of teenagers' educator inside and outside the campus.
