信托—优化企业融资结构新途径

分析了我国公司融资结构的现状，指出我国企业融资结构存在着严重的二元结构问题，即上市公司偏好股权融资，非上市公司偏好债务融资。针对上述情况，提出了信托融资，并分析了信托融资的特点和优势，得出了信托融资是一个好的融资途径，并提出了发展信托融资的一些政策建议。

Trust and Financing Is a New Way of Optimization of Enterprise Financing Structure

This paper analyzes on present situation of financing structure abou t our country corporation, points out the serious duality structure problems exi sting in the financing structure of enterprise, that is listed corp. have a spec ial fondness for share right financing, non-listed corp. have a special fondnes s for creditor's rights. In the light of above-mentioned situation, this paper analyses features and superiority of trust and financing, and points out that th e trust and financing is a good financing way, puts forward some policies sugges tions for developing trust and financing.
