摘    要:在现代冶金、医药等行业中,供电不稳定或突然断电会造成严重的损失。为了克服各种供电不稳定因素,设计了一种新型的不间断电源。当供电不稳定的时候,能通过后备电池继续稳地的提供电能,避免负载系统遭受欠压、浪涌、过载等危害。系统采用飞思卡尔微功耗单片机KL26作为主控制芯片,DC-DC转换器采用Buck/Boost拓扑结构,通过微处理器自带的A-D转换器采集系统的电压电流信号,然后对转换电路进行PID控制。设计实现了对后备电池可调恒流充电、对负载恒压放电和充放电自动转换等功能。系统还能对输入电压、输出电压和输出电流进行实时监控并显示。

Abstract:In modern metallurgy, medicine and other industries, Power supply instability or sudden power outages will cause serious losses. In order to overcome various instability factors of power supply, a new type of uninterrupted power supply is designed. When the power supply is not stable, this system can continue to provide power smoothly with back-up battery, avoiding load system suffering from under voltage, surge, overload and other hazards. This design uses free scale low-power microcontroller KL26 as the main control chip. The DC - DC converter uses Buck/Boost topological structure, which collects voltage current signal from the system by the microprocessor"s own AD converter and then conducts PID control on the conversion circuit. This design has realized the functions of adjustable constant current charging to the battery back-up, constant pressure discharge to the load and automatic conversion on charging and discharging, etc. The system can also monitor the input voltage, output voltage and output current in real time and display.
