食品专业中加强药食同源内容教学的改革

通过食品质量与安全(儿童营养与健康)专业中加入药食同源内容教学的改革来加强应用型人才的培养.根据我国现今社会的需求和与国际接轨,通过在理论教学、实验实践和应用开发能力培养3个方面进行教学改革,实现药食同源知识融入食品质量与安全专业的教学中,并成为重要的教学内容组成部分.药食同源不仅是我国中医学中的重要内容,现在已大量融入保健食品行业.食品质量与安全专业中加入药食同源内容,可以使学生掌握多个学科的知识,成为社会所需的应用型人才.

On Deform of Homology of Medicine and Food Contents Teaching Increase in Food Specialty
