基于智能网业务控制点过载算法研究

摘    要:研究了在不同队列长度、不同概率p(呼叫时到达间隔时间为0的概率)情况下令牌桶算法的健壮性,提出一种根据数据流速及波动性控制令牌速率的模糊控制算法.仿真结果表明该算法不仅具有简单令牌桶算法的良好健壮性,而且提高了过载数据的处理速度,有效减小了数据丢失,在一定程度上防止了过载引起的网络拥塞,缓解了业务控制点(SCP)的高负荷.

Abstract:Robustness of the token bucket algorithm is studied under the condition of different token banks and probability p. According to the current data velocity and fluctuation, which are used to control the velocity of token bucket, a fuzzy controli algorithm is given. The results of simulation prove that this algorithm not only has robustness of token bucket algorithm, but improves the data processing speed and effectively reduces the data loss. To some extent, it keeps network from congestion and also alleviate high burden of SCP.
