| Abstract: | In 1950,the Marriage Law was promulgated that reformed the traditional conjugal family system from such three aspects as the marriage system,the divorce system and the household relations.Meanwhile,it symbolized the establishment of the socialist marriage and family system which has had a great influence on our social life. |
