摘    要:砂轮表面形貌对磨削表面质量及磨削效率有很大的影响。为研究它的作用,就有必要随时精确了解砂轮表面形貌。虽然其测量方法有多种多样,在本文中我们将介绍一种具有实际应用价值的砂轮形貌测量系统,并对其组成、功能及原理进行讨论。

Abstract:The surface topography of grinding wheel has great influence on the quality of workpiece and the grinding efficiency. For analyzing the effect of the surface topography of grinding wheel, it is important to measure its topography accurately at any instant. In this paper, we introduce a measuring system, though there are many different kinds of measuring methods. And this system can be put into practical application. Its composition, function and principle are discussed in this paper.
