基于能量有效和延迟减少的WSN多层链式数据收集协议

摘    要:基于LEACH、PEGASIS、PEDAP等数据收集协议的弊端和约束,结合无线传感交通监控网络中监控区域呈带状模型、目标高速运动、节点铺设密度受限以及基站距离远等特征,提出了一种基于能量有效和延迟减少的多层链式无线传感器网络数据收集协议(MEDC).协议提出了分层链的思想,并采用最小化总能量链构造方法生成链,leader的选取基于剩余能量最大法.实验结果表明,MEDC性能显著优于LEACH和PEGASIS等协议,不仅能有效延长网络生命周期,且能明显减少网络延迟.

Abstract:To tackle the limitat io n of LEACH, PEGASIS and PEDAP, a mult i-lay er energ y-eff icient and delay-reducing chain-based data g athering protocol ( MEDC) fo r wireless sensor netw ork w as presented in co nsideration of the characterist ics of wireless sensing t raff ic monitor ing netw ork (WST MN) such as band monitoring ar ea, hig h-speed tar get , lo ng-distance base stat ion and rest ricted netw ork density . The protocol put forw ard the idea of mult i-lay er chain, and used the minimum total energ y algo rithm to const ruct the chain. Moreover, the maximum r esidual energy of nodes w as the standard fo r select ion of leaders. T he exper imental r esult s show that MEDC w orks bet ter than LEACH and PEGASIS. It can not only pro long the netwo rk lifet ime, but also reduce the netwo rk delay .
