| 摘 要： | 舆情演化是一个动态的过程,做好舆情工作首先必须研判舆情演化所处的状态,为后续的相关工作打下基础。从区别演化未然和已然状态的角度,指出顸警机制与状态评估机制各自不同的工作重点和任务,并研制出舆情演化的状态评估指标,在此基础上构建出包括信息捕获与提取模块、分析评估模块、状态通报模块在内的评估系统。
