| 摘 要： | 本文我们进一步讨论更新过程中间隔分布多数的最大似然估计（ＭＬＥ），特别对其收敛速度作了研究，证明了其收敛于真值的速度符合重对数律，并对渐近正态性也作了讨论。

| Abstract: | This paper discussea the Maximum Likelihood Estimator(MLE)of the paranmeter aboutinterarrival distribution based on renewal process.Under certain assuptions,it is shown thatthe MLE converges to the true parameter at law of iterates logarithm and is asymptotic nor-mal. |
